Commercial Building Plans
Restaurants, shopping centers, storage buildings, essentially any location where consumers will visit
Septic Design
Both residential and commercial. Typical job consists of scheduling a soil evaluation with a Soil Scientist and determining which type of system is best suited for your specific needs and location, all final designs are then submitted for approval by EPA or local health department.
Structural reports
Examination of existing buildings or homes to determine whether or not the foundation is still structurally sound and suited for continued use. Typically seen when purchasing a home or trying to refinance an existing home loan. Results are submitted to the owner, as well as the financing bank when needed.
